If you’re not receiving the password reset email, the most common reason is that you’re trying to reset your password on the wrong regional store.

Inkifi has different websites for different locations — and your account only works on the store where it was originally created.

If you created your account on the UK site, you must log in and reset your password using the UK login.

If you created your account on the USA site, use the USA login page.

  • Make sure you’re using the same email address you used when creating your account
