🖋️ I Made a Design Error

We understand that mistakes can happen when creating your project — a missing photo, a spelling error, or an image placed incorrectly. Unfortunately, because every Inkifi product is made to order, we’re unable to edit or reprint a project once it’s been submitted to production.


⚙️ Before You Place Your Order

We always recommend reviewing your project carefully before completing checkout.

Take a moment to:

✅ Double-check spelling, names, and dates

✅ Review image placement and cropping

✅ Make sure all pages and layouts appear as intended

💡 Tip: Try using the preview mode before adding your project to the cart — this shows exactly how your finished product will print.


🚫 After an Order Has Been Placed

Once your order has entered production, changes cannot be made. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, please contact our support team right away — we’ll check whether production has started and do our best to help.

💬 If You’d Like to Reorder with Corrections

If your order has already been produced or shipped, you can easily create a corrected version by duplicating your project:

  1. Log in to your Inkifi account
  1. Open My Projects
  1. Click Copy next to your project
  1. Make your changes and place a new order
